1. Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as given effect in Ireland by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484 of 2013) and related rules.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) or other mandatory consumer legislation.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. You can do this by:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us)
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back the returned goods, or the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise
- You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
4. Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For returns to be accepted:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Seals must be intact
- Products must not have been used or tampered with
- Products must be returned within the cancellation period
6. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods that have been opened or used
- Products that have deteriorated or expired
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- Include photographs of the damage if possible
For defective or non-conforming products, you have remedies under EU and Irish consumer law. For consumable goods such as food supplements, remedies are typically replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract and refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
8. Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of at least two years from delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), goods must conform to the contract; if they do not, you have statutory remedies. If a product does not conform to the contract of sale, you may have the right to:
- Have the goods brought into conformity free of charge (including, where applicable, by replacement rather than repair for goods such as sealed supplements)
- Receive a proportionate reduction of the price
- Have the contract terminated in accordance with the law
This legal guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your right of withdrawal.
9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the receipt of your returned item
- We will inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.
10. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent
- We will cover all costs associated with the exchange
